Yes, you have total flexibility. You can restrict the chargers to 'Residents Only' to guarantee availability for your tenants. However, many properties choose to allow guest access during the day (e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM) to generate extra revenue while residents are away at work.

No. We isolate the cost so your non-EV residents don't pay a dime. Our system meters every charging session separately and bills the driver directly for the energy they use. This ensures the EV amenity is funded 100% by the user, protecting your community's common area budget from unexpected spikes.
